歡迎使用 Scouties 時空旅人（以下簡稱「本平台」或「我們」）。本使用者條款規範您使用我們所提供的網站與服務。使用本平台即表示您同意遵守本條款。

本平台提供實境導覽遊戲、在地故事探索與任務挑戰等功能，使用者可透過註冊帳號體驗完整服務。未登入者僅可瀏覽基本內容，無法遊玩互動任務或解鎖優惠。

Article 1｜Description of Service

This platform offers location-based games, local story exploration, and challenge missions. Users must register to fully experience the services. Visitors can browse, but cannot participate in interactive tasks or unlock rewards.

第 2 條｜註冊帳號與登入

使用者可透過 Email 註冊帳號（需提供用戶名稱與密碼），或使用 Google 帳號登入。本平台不限制使用者年齡，但註冊與使用行為須遵守所在地法律。

Article 2｜Account Registration and Login

Users can register using an email address, username, and password, or log in via Google. The platform does not impose age restrictions but requires all users to comply with local laws.

第 3 條｜使用者行為規範

使用者不得從事以下行為，違者本平台得刪除內容、停權帳號，或採取法律行動：

• 散佈病毒、破解平台、干擾系統運作
• 發表仇恨、色情、騷擾、歧視、違法內容
• 冒用他人身分、發送垃圾訊息、洗版
• 未經授權抄襲、改作、擷取本平台內容
• 發布無關廣告或商業訊息

Article 3｜Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following activities. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action:

• Posting hate, harassment, pornography, or illegal content
• Impersonation, spam, or flooding behavior
• Distributing malware, hacking, or disrupting services
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing platform content without permission
• Publishing unrelated advertisements or promotions

使用者可於任務頁面留言、評論，亦可透過投稿方式提供任務創意與內容。所有內容一經提交，即授權本平台可無償、非專屬、可轉授權地使用、修改與發佈。

Article 4｜User-Generated Content

Users may comment on mission pages and submit original mission ideas. By submitting, users grant the platform a free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, modify, and publish the content.

我們致力於維護內容準確性與系統穩定，但不保證所有資訊正確無誤。您同意自行承擔使用本平台服務的風險與結果。

第 6 條｜資料蒐集與隱私

為提供並持續改善本平台之遊戲與服務體驗，我們可能會蒐集使用者於註冊或使用服務過程中所提供的基本帳戶資訊（如使用者名稱與電子郵件），以及與遊戲與服務使用相關的資料（如遊戲進度、任務結果、成就與優惠使用情況）。在提供定位導向或地點型功能時，系統可能會使用必要的位置相關資訊，並於服務運作與優化所需範圍內，處理基本的裝置與技術資訊。

上述資料僅用於提供並改善遊戲體驗，以及儲存遊戲進度與任務結果，以確保服務正常運作。所有付款行為皆由第三方金流服務平台處理，本平台不會蒐集或儲存任何信用卡或支付帳戶資訊。我們不會出售、出租或以任何形式將您的個人資料提供給任何第三方。使用者可依適用法令，隨時申請查詢、更正或刪除其個人資料。

Article 6｜Data Collection, Use, and Privacy

To provide and continuously improve our services and gameplay experience, we may collect basic account information provided by users during registration or use of the service (such as username and email address), as well as data related to gameplay and service usage (including game progress, mission results, achievements, and reward usage). When location-based or navigation features are enabled, necessary location-related information may be used. We may also process essential device and technical information solely for service operation and improvement.

Such data is used only to provide and improve gameplay experience and to store game progress and mission results to ensure proper service functionality. All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, and we do not collect or store any credit card or payment account information. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. In accordance with applicable laws, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

本平台所有內容（包含但不限於任務設計、故事文字、圖像、系統功能）均為 Scouties 團隊所擁有。未經授權不得擷取、轉載、改作或公開使用。

Article 7｜Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to mission designs, stories, visuals, and features, is owned by the Scouties team. No unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is allowed.

我們有權隨時修改本條款，並將透過 Email 通知註冊使用者。使用者應定期查閱信箱與本頁面以瞭解最新內容。

Article 8｜Amendments and Notifications

We may update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email. Users are responsible for checking their inbox or this page for updates.

本條款受台灣法律所管轄。若您在其他國家使用本服務，亦應遵守當地相關法令。
